ABOUT DR. FUSELLA
I am a board-certified Family Medicine physician with more than a decade of experience caring for individuals and families across the Capital Region. I opened Fusella Family Medicine to bring primary care back to what it should be: personal, connected, and centered around a real relationship between a patient and their doctor.
I am passionate about prevention, long-term wellness, chronic condition support, women’s health, pediatrics, and helping people understand their own health more clearly. My approach is rooted in conversation, education, and partnership, so you feel comfortable, informed, and confident in every step of your care.
I take time with my patients, listen carefully, and create a space where questions are welcome and conversations feel comfortable. I want you to feel supported and understood, not rushed or overwhelmed.
To me, being a physician is not just about managing symptoms. It is about partnership, trust, and working alongside you as you move toward your healthiest and most confident life.
I enjoy spending time with my family — my husband, our three boys, and our dog — and grounding my life in the same balance and connection I encourage in my patients.
